- Bonus round time updated from 5 > 8.

Highlander friendly CVAR added (#50) 
* Added tf_birthday_ball_chance to remove birthday balls

* autoexec/server cfg update + ozf/rsl cfg updates

* Highlander friendly cvar so people with their own servers don't lose their minds.
